Unprofessional staff, mainly front face (reception), lady talk very rude some times not open door if you want to talk owner she told owner busy or not in office
Also verify lease with lawyer or city office coz suddenly someone came to your home when you not at home and paste notice for vacant home also they mentioned not complying with TPA if you try to contact owner he once reply i can contact property owner for extention but after that don't know why owner don't reply

No matter if you pay rent on time no matter you take care home, at end simple asnwer TPA

At that moment, what a tenant can do where he can find another home for family in short period

Dealing with mission property is such a nightmare. We can’t wait to move out but also dreading having to deal with such unprofessional and rude people. The whole office is just not helpful and rude. Specifically Jinger. They take forever to get anything done or fix any issues.

These people are absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. They cancelled my tour (which they confirmed that afternoon) when I was already on my way there, after I’d adjusted my schedule to accommodate the time and commute. I’m always ready to show Grace because life happens. But these people just sent a cancellation notice with no explanation, no rescheduling options, and NO APOLOGY. They knew, given the late notice, that they were inconveniencing me. You don’t even bother to build an apology into your form message? They don’t have to worry about me. There is no way that I’d rent a property being managed by them. Owners beware: find a different company to manage your property.

Update: They sent a crazy text - after I’d already withdrawn my interest in the unit - saying that they offered me an earlier time slot, so I guess they didn’t think they needed to provide an explanation, note about rescheduling, or an apology? Not sure how that computes other than them being deeply incompetent. They offered two times to view the apartment. I chose one. The problem is not that I didn’t choose an earlier one or that others put in applications for the unit. The problem is that they canceled last minute with no explanation or apology. And that earlier showing was hours ago; so again, what does that have to do with anything? These people never learn that the initial mistake isn’t what gets them; it’s their sloppy, unprofessional, deeply stupid handling of it. But now that I see these low ratings across Google and Yelp, I already know this was divine intervention to save me from years of dealing with this mess and having to coach them on how to do their jobs.

Extremely unprofessional people don't deal with them.
They no showed after I scheduled a tour with them I was even 5 mins early as they asked.
No one was there to let me in the gated community.
They also stopped picking up the phone.
THEY DONT HAVE ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OR COMMUNICATION.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from Mission Property Management, specifically with Mike Strong. He made our qualification experience so simple and processed all of the paperwork so efficiently and promptly. He had our keys right away and has always been available. I was so pleasantly surprised to arrive at our new home and find a beautiful hand written card and a plant to warm up our new spot. I had spoken to Mike over the phone and his voice carried a smile, so when I met him in person that smile showed up right away! I felt like I had known him for years. He has been so responsive to a small window lock that had to be fixed. We had a repair scheduled right away and he always checked in with us to get a status update on the small repair. My experience with Mission Property Management has been a nightmare. Every time I need to contact them give me anxiety. They were so bad at both move in and move out process.
When we moved in, it took them more than 2 months to handover mailbox keys and the society entrance remote. Our main bath door was broken, and they refused to get it fixed. The toilet was running and I had to call them 10 times to get it fixed. At one time they cancelled the water supply without any notice. They never gave guest parking permits.
At move out they deducted unreasonable amounts and for items that were not my fault. And now they have stopped replying.

They are just so unprofessional, I can’t imagine anyone worse from this management.
