One of the awnings covering the designated parking spaces fell down well over a year ago now and they still have not replaced it. There are no washer and dryer hook up inside or outside the actual individual units for them being "Luxury" apartments. They do not allow you to store anything in your patio area what so ever, so you have to rent a storage unit for those items. I did enjoy living in these units and overlooked the above items, but at some point when they want to raise your rent with nothing new happening it gets to be too much. We have even had our vehicle broken into and items stolen out of it.
