Choosing Misty to be our realtor was the best decision we could have made!! Working with her allowed us to make the repairs/renovations we needed to to be able to get the best possible price for our home. She went above and beyond, worked her butt off, got us the best possible prices for all the Reno needed and really fought for us every single step of the way. Misty was communicative and really kept us in the loop along the whole process. She gave us her professional advice without being pushy, always letting us know we had control of all the final decisions. Thanks Misty!!

I would give her 10 stars if I could. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and never had this kind of service from anyone else. She is amazing, hard-working, the best at getting top dollar for my home! She was always available if I had a question or concern. Misty is totally professional and on top of everything! I can't think of one negative comment that I could add. She went way above and beyond for me--and for everyone else that I've spoken to who used her as their agent.

I loved working with Misty! She helped me immensely with the prep and the sale of my house. She was able to connect me with a great contractor that was willing to remodel the house so that I could get a high offer quickly, and I was able to pay the cost of it at closing. We got an offer 2 days after the open house, and for $65,000 over asking price! I would highly recommend Misty if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

This is a very similar experience we had , Started last year 2023, my friends husband knew her ex boyfriend so we decided that when he sold his and his ex wife’s house that she would be the seller ? She procrastinated for months, didn’t communicate like a real estate agent should ,she also became part of a (mortage fraud ) investigation she involved herself into drama with Oxford , also talking behind their backs to my friends husbands ex wife, she said she would do work on house but did nothing , we had to take a week off work to dr He 3 states over to come paint house and take down pool and clean up cause she said she was busy and she wasn’t doing it .she also told my friends husband 2.5 percent , he had to send a renters law rcw to them and Oxford to get her to step on the petal. On the divorce decree, it stated that he got all the proceeds of the sell of one of their properties. She kept the other property . when closing time came . Misty took 3.5, after discussing it with the ex wife that wasn’t supposed to get any of the proceeds so of course agreed without telling my husband, when he called her to ask what the extra 8,000$ was for that she got , she stated that after wards the new owners wanted a wall up. Also in the divorce decree it states that any renovations needed to be approved by him and we didn’t hear anything about it until after and doesn’t even know if that’s true . We were given NO invoices for the supposed work done and we did the work right before house went up on market. Then there were also Another 585$ supposedly for list cost which normally would be in the same category as the percentage she got back.we are not happy at all at the way this was handled and will be going elsewhere to purchase our next home

Misty was amazing! After doing a failed round of home searches with a different agent and almost giving up hope I got in touch with Misty. Right away she established a plan and a proposed timeline of when we would find a house. We toured and viewed several homes before finding the perfect home! Misty took the time to hear out all the needs and wants I needed in the home and wasted no time! Misty was very professional and relentless in home searches and made the first home buying process as smooth as possible. I recommend Misty 150% to anyone looking to get into a home with confidence that you will be typing a review just as I am from the couch of your very own home thanks to Misty!! I can’t thank you enough my friend! Take care and thank you again for everything!!!

Let me tell you about our agent, she’s AMAZING!!! We were on the house hunt for a few years, worked with multiple agents and lenders. Misty was recommended to me and I’m so glad I called her cause she knows how to get the job done! We looked at so many houses, put in multiple offers with our other agents and got no where. Within the first week of working with Misty she found a perfect house for us, and did everything she could to make sure we got it, and we did! She is super experienced and knowledgeable, was able to answer all questions with no hesitation. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with, Misty WILL get the job done!!!

Misty was fantastic to work with. Extremely busy but always attentive and responsive within minutes. Always available for our needs. Has great contacts and companies that are willing to work for her and her clients on a moments notice. Misty volunteered her time and equipment to help if we needed it. She staged our home beautifully for the open house and put every effort to get us the best buyers and the best deal. I would recommend Misty in any real estate transaction.

It was our first time selling a house and at the beginning Misty seemed unconventional but very motivated. We found that these were signs of a rocky road to come. It started with her presenting an off market sale on her very first visit, before even doing a walk through of the house. In which the buyer was a personal friend of hers who she would also be representing. She sold us on the fact that she was also a general contractor and could help facilitate any work done to the house before the sale. Although she advised us initially to stop working on the house, she ended up advising us that some work would need to be done in order to appraise at the sale price, which we knew might be the case. She initially told us that the work would take 3-4 days, but ended up being over 10. We understand that life happens and sometimes personal stuff can take priority but it forced us to stay in a hotel or find other accommodations on multiple occasions that were unplanned and on short notice. On one of these occasions where we were staying in a hotel, we witnessed on our security cameras the BUYER being invited in and around our home for a ā€œtour to check out the progressā€. This was unprofessional if not unethical, and made us feel pretty uncomfortable about the whole process. We would have ended our relationship with Misty at this point if we weren’t already under contract and our house wasn’t torn apart. We felt trapped and unsure if she was more concerned about our sale, or her friends purchase of our home (seeing as Misty was representing both parties). Work was being done at weird hours and sometimes well Into the night, causing concern from the neighbors. I may normally appreciate the effort of working all night if it weren’t for the fact that work typically didn’t start until noon or later in the day. In addition, things got a little contentious at the end when Misty tried to charge us labor for the house work, after we had agreed at the beginning that she’d cover the labor rather than discount her commissions. When confronted, she argued that they had put a lot of effort and time into the repairs and should get paid for it. but relented when she was reminded we had it in writing. We knew that selling a house can be a stressful and difficult experience and we’re ready to face that reality, but we feel that the sale was made into a much worse experience than it may have needed to be. It felt unorganized, unprofessional and overall a little yucky.
