I was able to meet at my sister's condo a couple of times, when I made trips to SF. He clearly defined what he could do in assisting me.

True to his word, Mitch took care of many things in preparing the condo for sale including having the front and back entry garden areas cleaned and trimmed; the condo cleared; a deep cleaning of the condo; painting of the interior; replacement of the built-in microwave; minor improvements in the two baths including the mirrors. light fixtures, and exhaust fans; incredible staging, and a couple of open houses. His access to all the necessary contractors was of great benefit to me. I only had to approve the work, which greatly reduced my workload.

He received 7 offers and we increased the proposed price and received two offers. Great price.

Mitch Wong is a Fraud guy never trust or use his service for rent or property buying , this guys cheated us around $1800 from rent desposit , please stay away from this guy , they talk sweet but you wont get what you should get , Stay away from this fraud and cheap guy.
