At first I loved this place up until they started increasing the price for everything and it has so many fees added to your rent and not only that but you go into the apartment sure it looks nice but if you look closely they did such a horrible job in the paint job and other things. They left such a terrible smell. it also gets COLD so fast so your utility bill will be very very high. Which means they didn’t do a good job with installing the place. It’s a beautiful place and quiet and has great amenities but definitely moving after my lease

I absolutely love all the amenities available. The property management and staff are all so sweet! There’s much space for my toddler to grow and for our pup to be happy. Did I mention there’s a dog wash station? Super super convenient 👏🏻 thank you, Bill!

The maintenance team did an excellent job fixing both my oven and dryer. They were professional, efficient, and worked quietly without disrupting my day. I really appreciated their friendly demeanor and how quickly they completed the repairs. They clearly know their stuff and provided great service. Would definitely recommend their work to others!

Got set up here recently. Kandi was beyond accommodating with ensuring I had not only everything figured out but that my dog and I were comfortable and happy. Friendly staff and easy to reach. Highly recommend checking it out. Also, the parking is better than most other complexes we looked at which is a HUGE plus 👏🏼

People shot fireworks directly over our apartment, when we called security, which is a mandatory fee on the lease, they said they have no one that can come to the apartment to assist or parole. New complex but poor construction with things breaking and needing fixed, like the pool, grills, and new roofs needing replaced in <1 year of being put on. Our garage constantly flooded in the rain. Maintenance people were great and super helpful.

Wish i could give this place 0 stars. Honestly worst apartment complex i ever lived in. Promised amenities that never opened while we lived there. Bill was very rude. Dog poop was always an issue and got very bad to the point you couldn’t walk on the grass. Our power and WiFi went out all the time. Rent went from 1800/month to 2100/month to renew. Would never recommend anyone to live there.

You've probably seen the name Kandi pop-up several times in these reviews. That is because she has single-handedly made Modera Lacey feel like a community and not just another residential complex. I am impressed by the new appliances, the apartment layouts are well thought-out, and the facilities (walking path, dog park, gym, and lounge areas) are exceptionally cared for. All in all, I am thankful I got here early, because this is a gem in Lacey!
