As a real estate agent I typically don't leave reviews for builders. However, this experience has been one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I've ever encountered. We are closing on the home next month, and it's extremely rare to see a builder deliver such a wonderful product while maintaining excellent communication with buyers at each stage of the process. They even made fine-tune adjustments based on buyer feedback. I'm truly amazed by the craftsmanship of their homes and how seamlessly everything has gone so far. Highly recommended!

Tim and his team were simply the BEST to work with to purchase our new home and sell our condo. We commissioned Tim as a second-time client, he had helped my husband originally purchase the condo. Tim and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, adaptable and re-assuring during this whirlwind process. They really care for their clients and provided guidance all the way through the process. An added bonus is their network of other professionals which we used several of their referrals during the process. Working with Tim and his team was an incredible experience and selling our home while buying another couldn’t have gone better. Tim is a great listener, willing to accommodate any need, and goes the extra mile to maximize your selling potential. We had worked with Tim 10years prior and knew we would be in good hands when selling our house. Tim met with us on an early afternoon to walk through our house and to understand what our plans were. We had intended to sell our house in Queen Anne and move to Newport Beach, CA. We had just completed a major remodel but still needed a lawn, fence, and plants, and a deck off the kitchen. Tim assured me this would be no problem and that he’d have our house on the market within one week. This included having stagers prep our house, cleaners, photography, drone pics, along with all the landscaping, deck, and fence. True to his word, Tim and his team delivered every detail. Within a day the lawn was in. Two days later the fence was done. Three days after that the deck had been completed. All the while we had just put an offer down on a place in Newport Beach, so selling was critical. Our house listed that next week, and within 36 hours we had four offers. We sold the house that night and Tim stayed connected with us throughout the entire process, up through the closing of escrow. Tim and his team are the best realtors in the Pacific Northwest and anyone would be lucky to have him working for you.

I cannot recommend agent Dillon Chatriand of Modern Den enough for any first time (or repeat!) home buyers & sellers. Dillon is so knowledgeable, grounded, understanding and is an amazing advocate throughout the whole buying/selling process. As first time buyers we were so overwhelmed, and Dillon's patience and light-hearted nature made us feel so at ease, and in the end we ended up with our dream house at a screaming deal of a price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Nat was essential in helping us buy our first home. We knew very little about the process, or even what neighborhood we wanted to land in—Nat confidently guided us through the entire process. Not only is he personable and fun to hang out with, but he also has a real talent weaving in his expertise without steamrolling over what you feel or want in a home. He is also on top of the market—I swear most homes we sent over to him he had either walked through already, or had the inside scoop on. Choose Nat, and then sit back and let him do his thing! He’s a gem.
