Looking for a Realtor? I typically will spend the time to logon and write a review based on an extremely great or really poor experience. I just don't have the time to post on mid level reviews, and I apologize for that. So please read this one if you are in need of a Realtor! This agent has completely exceeded our expectations of a Realtor. I was referred by a friend that used Scott to sell their family home in Rancho Cucamonga. Upon my initial appointment, I was greeted by Scott and his team member. Their office interior was well maintained and clean. Proper information was asked and provided and a full walk-thru of my home was scheduled. When listing our property with Scott, his service was impeccable along with excellent communication and he made our sale a breeze. I bought a house using Scott as the realtor. I did not have a loan and was able to view the house and I put in a bid in. Scott introduced me to all of his resources to got us the loan we needed. It all happened in a such a timely manner that we didn’t have to skip a beat while in escrow with no loan or pre approval. If you’re interested in buying a home, I would highly suggest using Scott and his team of resources. Scott also was able to save us money on negotiating, even though we originally agreed to pay what the house was being listed at.

I did have good credit, but I didn’t think it was a reality for my spur the moment decision to buy a this house due to this particular home becoming available in a desirable community.
