I was a tenant in one of their properties for a little over 2 years. Every time I had an issue, Carol responded or sent a maintenance worker to the property ASAP. Upon move out, my security deposit was returned on time without any surprise deductions.

Worst property management company I have ever rented from! They don’t fix anything when asked, harassed me about having a broom outside my door and came to the apartment to tell myself and the neighbors that they throw people out for what ever reason they want. Even citing that they evicted a tenant on Christmas who’s son (a 4 year old child) died the week before from cancer because their rent was late by a week and they were charged daily late fees. Heartless people. I rented from them for 4 years, I would never rent from them again. They are the absolute most immoral, disrespectful and irresponsible property management company I’ve ever dealt with. I have dealt with a few other companies around Santa Rosa including ham dellas which are a thousand times BETTER! Steer clear of these nasty people at all costs! Molly properties needs to go out of buissness.

I live next to a property that Carol manages and they aren't taking care of their responsibilities with the trees causing damage to the fence. Very unprofessional.
