Words can not truly express how simple Monica made our experience in realty! We had anticipated purchasing a home and she spent countless hours and personal time making sure we were seeing homes that fit our wants and desires. Ultimately she found us a new build that was just what we dreamed of, life had other plans and we needed to put the build aside. But when we needed her most, to sell our quirky home as quickly as possible, she was right there. Not only did she make the selling process seamless she dealt with the oddest arrangement a realtor could face…… the buyer wanted our chickens and coop!! While I moved to be with my husband Monica finished up arranging carpet cleaning, house cleaning, AND feeding and watering chickens so they would survive the AZ heat!
