Stephanie at Eagle City in Oakley is one of the best managers I have worked with. Stephanie has great response time, answered all of our questions, communicated effectively and was really a joy to work with. As a local realtor, I look forward to helping clients buy and sell in Eagle City because I know Stephanie is there to be a great resource for not only myself, but, more importantly, my clients. Thank you so much Stephanie for your time and help! My buyers and I greatly appreciate you!!!!

Andy at monolith properties is always great to work with. Always returning calls and addressing concerns. We recently had concern about a family member and he responded quickly. My husband David likes working with this company.

Over priced space rent and keep raising the rates. I think they cant read the meters correctly and over charge for utilities. Park management is highly turned over and always taking on more then they can chew. Water mains are always breaking and losing water at random every few months.

If the review is positive. It's a lie. They are just slumlords. They think providing over inflated cost access to water, sewer and power, gives them way too much power. They take advantage of those who are uneducated and unaware of their rights. They're basically the refuse of society. If I could give them no stars I would.

Same employees from Storz Management eam, that have 1 star ratings. They do not return calls. They refused to give me correct owners phone number. I have called & left numerous messages as well as their office manager Lynette Stone. Lynette tells me she has received no emails or responses as well. I have been waiting to utilize my complete lot I pay full rent space on since before & after Monolith Properties changed their businesses names from Storz Management. I have a huge issue here and I do not feel like getting attorney's involvedπŸ˜”

Dishonest, Raised rent within a few months of moving in, lied in correspondence, lied on phone calls, their "legal documents" are entrapment. They will be reported to authorities. The control, greed, and dishonesty are duly noted in this review for anyone thinking of purchasing in one of their parks..

The Gaul and audacity of raising the rent at 8600 west lane in Stockton CA. It just shows how greedy people can be there should be some kind of outlet where senior citizens can confide in. I can understand every year but this year is different especially when you see a lot of people giving instead of taking. For the love of God don't you have any feelings for the others?
