Would you ever want to live in a loving community where you can get a violation for leaving your shoes on your stairs? Yeah, me either. Rent is unbelievably high, These people are as strict as can be, and are just plain butts.

Do not recommend living here especially with the current 2024 managers, theyre too racist if you are not as white or red as them do not even waste youre time trying to apply they wont take you. And as a current resident here i do not recommend purchasing here because they wont even allow you to paint youre home a color you wish because "its too bright for the sun reflections"🤣

I’ve been coming to this community to play basketball for eight years now just recently been kicked out by a rude white lady who is the property manager. After kicking us out, she puts a no park sign sticker on my car window damaging my window. As a father one I suffered somewhat emotional damage from this unprecedented harassment.

My family and I have lived here for 3 years now and we are IN LOVE with area. I agree that there are a lot of random and strict rules about what you can and can't do on the lot that you are paying a crazy amount of money to live on. The amenities are great. The staff could be friendlier though, they seem uninviting instead of working to build a better community. The rules don't seem to apply to everybody equally. You're not allowed to ask why either. But still, I love this place because I have a good lot space and somewhat decent neighbors so we'll be here for a few more years until I retire.

Please do not be fooled by the office personal. They don’t care about there residents as they portray. The office people have a horrible attitude and are horrible with communication they speak to people in rude manner. They get mad and bothered when it’s time to do what the job they are payed for.When trying to communicate and follow rules they will tow your car but the visitors parkings are always full of people from the park and not visiting and cars are left in the dirt ALL THE TIME!! They r not friendly or hepatitis.They are not welcoming at all.Management acts like they r the owners but they r simple employees getting payed to help the residents. Very arrogant and rude they do not care at all of the residents. They need to be reminded that thanks to residents they have a job and if they r unhappy or too old to do the job they should take those frustrations elsewhere.If I new this place was going to be this way I would have picked a better place to live in to for the peace of me and my family utterly disappointed.

My in-laws are there & it used to be a nice park to visit with friendly neighbors.Not anymore!Someone was murdered there last year & also their neighbors warned them about recent families that practice brujaria, they are always shuffling cars.I suggest you get your house blessed,put up cameras & put a tracker on your pets.

Don't come in here. This place has the most ridiculous management. Very rude staff especially that one guy in security who thinks he's a cop and all that. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Take note, you can't have your bf/gf and family members visit you 30 times in a year or else they will get their car towed and make you pay $600 at least. They are very stingy when it comes to visitors parking so beware! Rent goes up every few months and they shut off the water every month!

Management is horrible, disrespectful, rude towards visitors. Puts a citation sticker on our car regardless of warning, cheap sticker that damages vehicle. Management has always been a problem
