Kyle was communicative and responsive to any inquires. All applicable condo access info was delivered in a timely and easy to understand manner. Unfortunately, there was an inconvenient, last minute "snafu" with one of the features within the condo but it was handled professionally and satisfactorily. I will definitely contact Monterey Bay Property Management for any real estate needs in the future!

The few questions that we had were answered promptly. Entry and access all worked easily as explained in the instructions. Staff checked to make sure we had everything we needed (we did).
