I was going to use this company for my daughter because she was looking for someone to survey land before buying a new house, until I found out someone that works here (he knows) took part of our land without our knowledge (the land belonged to my sis , brother and I). Knowing that my brother took a horrible hit to the head with a bat and then another terrible bicycle accident (with head injuries, there’s medical proof) this person took advantage of my brother. Not to mention my brother’s drug use. We’ve been dealing with getting my brother out of jail many times and he knew of these issues because I’ve discussed it with him. But yet after telling him before that my mom, dad and sis DID NOT want to sell ANY of the land he went on and took advantage of my brother’s condition, and threw very little money to him knowing the land is worth much, much more and the reason he wanted the land because he’s been encroaching for years ! I wouldn’t recommend this company because this person could take advantage of anyone, like my brother. I would hate to see this happen to another family. My mom and dad worked their butt off all of their life for a stranger to take something from us. This was very sneaky and dirty of him. I would never recommend this company to anyone because of what has happened to me and my family. I feel this person isn’t trustworthy! Beware!!!
