Cara and Ashley are the complete team when it comes to property management. They manage several properties for me , the day to day worries don’t exist thank you to them . Their endless resources and experience for repairs and upgrades helps me keep the homes current and protected while also providing great service to the tenants . The move in and move out process they have perfected - finding tenants and securing leases puts me at ease . Overall I don’t have to worry and the tenants are taken care of. Oh - I also love their monthly statements and the quick turnaround on the auto rent deposits . Thank you Mopper PM team !

Cara and the team at Mopper Property Management are terrific.
Here’s a breakdown of why you should rent from them: During the move-in process, Cara was communicative, thoughtful and proactive in answering our questions and making sure we got our application turned in and approved. Upon inspecting the property, she completed a punch list/requests we gave for things we noticed BEFORE we moved in and anything that wasn’t finished she had done the week after.
After move in, any service requests or issues we had were handled in a timely manner and if there were any issues we received timely communication on why something wasn’t done and when it could be expected to be done.
Any time there was a closure at the office due to holidays or other reasons, we received communication on how to submit service requests. We also always received communication on when to drop our pipes during a potential freeze.
Even at move out, all our questions were answered and they made sure we did everything needed to get our security deposit back which was also returned in a timely manner.
Everyone knows that moving is stressful and Mopper Property Management helps ease that stress! I’ve had terrible experiences across the board (in different states) with property managers/landlords and I can say for certain that Mopper Property Management is the best I’ve had.

I have been working with this company for over 5 years. As an owner I am extremely impressed with how Cara has worked with me and the residents. She cares for my property and cares for the renters. She responds immediately and is honest and up front when there are unexpected situations. They make the end of year accounting easy for me. Classy, professional, great company and people that make owning rental properties less stressful for us regular people! Thank you Cara, you are the best and greatly appreciated, I could not have done this without you!!

I had 4 units that were managed by Cara from Mopper Property Management. From the very start Cara got things moving with tenants that were already renting the units. When it came time to renew leases, Cara was on top of it and I was never bothered with the small details or issues the tenants had. Cara handled everything. She was also very responsive whenever I would reach out, which was huge since I lived out of state. When it came to tax time, everything was in order making it easy to file. I eventually decided to sell my units and Mopper Properties helped me with that too. I would highly recommend Mopper Property Management and especially Cara Horner, if you’d be so lucky to have her watching over your properties.

Hands down, best property management company I’ve ever worked with! When something needs to be done at my place, maintenance has it completed in the snap of a finger! And Cara is an absolute delight! She definitely goes above and beyond for her tenants! Highly recommend Mopper!!

Cara with Mopper Property Management has been wonderful since day one. She is quick to respond to my emails and calls (even on weekends when I don't expect to hear back until Monday)! Maintenance requests are quickly attended to and Sean, our maintenance person is always very professional. Great communication from this property management. They really care about our concerns and have done a great job making sure we get what we pay for!

Cara and Mopper Property Management are great. I am military and live out of state, but Cara was able to get a renter in my property almost immediately. Ever since taking over my property she has done the ground work to make sure my property and tenants are being taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a property manager.
