I'm not one to write reviews, but after my move out experience with them I thought it was best to warn others as well. First of all, moving in and the application process was nice and easy. Cuesta was a pleasure to deal with and was always a great person to talk to. The reason for two stars is the move out process. I have been one to typically get my deposit back and was expecting much of the same here. However, once I got the itemized statement I was dumbfounded to see that they were keeping so much of my deposit and were clearly overcharging for so many things. I am currently trying to dispute it, but be warned. I was charged for professional cleaning even though I left the place clean, for HVAC filters (even though I replaced them before moving out), for leaving personal property in the unit (the last tenant didn't move out some of their stuff and when I asked that someone come pick it up they said they wouldn't so now I'm being charged for it?) and for a couple of other things. I did damage one of the walls due to some double sided tape getting stuck on it and ripping about small hand sized chunk of the paint, which apparently cost $150 to fix which seems exorbitant.

I tried to dispute the charges and received an email from Aaron only talking about the "professional cleaning service" and that was the only mention. No mention of my other disputes. The email said that my dispute was being closed because of that. I asked for proof of those charges and that was the only response I received? Very unprofessional.

I’ve been a tenant for 6 weeks and Morris Green is fantastic. They respond immediately to emails, worked with me on move in dates and getting keys, and maintenance comes same day or next for even small issues. I have no issues with them. They’re terrific.

I recently moved to a property managed by Morris Green. So far so good. The screening process was fast and simple, they guided us through the process and were always helpful and responsive. If you need repairs, they'll send a crew to fix the problem ASAP. The management portal is also very easy to use.

We relocated from WA to TX and chose a rental Managed by Morris Green Properties. The application process was seamless and we were approved only a few hours after applying. Communication on coordinating our move in was great. Upon move in, we found a few things that needed to be repaired. The management approved the work orders and vendors were out within a day or two to complete the work needed. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend the to anyone.

Morris Green manages my property in Austin. My property has never gone more than a few weeks without a tenant. They are responsive, represent me well, and everyone I work with is courteous, kind, and reliable. Morris Green Properties is an excellent company. Well worth the money.

Very knowledgeable and quick to repair. Technician feels that another hour would be required to complete the job. A few of the sprinkler heads still stay popped up and create a trip problem and are subject to damage from lawn maintenance.
