I just wanted to take a moment to share my experiences with Theresa Morris and the team at Morris Realty and Investments. They are the most honest and professional real estate company I have ever dealt with. Their level of integrity is superior. I have enlisted Theresa’s services and expertise for several transactions and I have always been highly satisfied. I have never met anyone that works harder on my behalf than she does. I am also impressed by the fact that her company is a strong and generous supporter of the local community. Nearly every community event that I have attended has been fully or partially funded by her company. Her staff can be found volunteering their time at these community events as well. Lindsay Sanders helped my wife and I find our dream home and move from out of state. The experience was seamless and she kept us informed during the entire process! I am so impressed by Lauren. She was recommended to us by my sister in law. Lauren has sold my in-laws a few houses now so I figured she was good. I had no idea how good. From all the horror stories about home buying, I was nervous. Not a thing went wrong. Lauren walked ya through ever my step and made the whole process a breeze. We moved into our beautiful new home today and I couldn’t be more excited with our experience. From her recommendations for inspection, home owners insurance, to her endless help with any questions we had, being with us at closing and as excited as we are. Although we have no desire to move again, if we did Lauren would be our realtor without a doubt. And I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell.

I don't know if it's just me but Lena Williams showed up on time but would not go past the entry way. Her husband showed up and did a walkthrough with me. I was told that I would hear from her the following day and nothing.

Charlie Costar and Guy Shipley did a superb job selling my Mission Inn home.
I was very impressed with the pictures and the video tour that Morris Realty had taken of my home. I'm sure anyone that clicked on the sale site were extremely impressed.
Guy and Charlie always called me with any updates they could provide.
The closing was done at Radson Dempsey Law Office. I was impressed with that, also.
I would highly recommend them if you have a home you want to put on the market. You will be as impressed as I was.

Guy Shipley is an excellent Realtor. He worked with us on and off for 4 years till we found our Florida dream home. Guy went above and beyond narrowing our search area by listening to our wants and needs. He didn't give up on us and we never thought about going with a different realtor.
