The Mosaic team is INCREDIBLE!! My husband & I were blessed, as first time home buyers, to work with Shannon. Before finding a realtor, we were anticipating a stressful experience. But from the moment we met with Shannon & Ruthy, our tension started to ease. Shannon & the team worked so hard at all hours of the day to stay ahead of every step.
Shannon found us a home that checked every box & we were able to sit back & focus on preparing to move while she handled EVERYTHING. I know there’s countless emails, phone calls, paperwork & coordination that goes on behind the scenes & she was so proactive in making sure we stayed in the loop throughout the entire process, even if it was just an update to say “we’re waiting on such & such”.
We could really tell she had our best interests at heart & always made sure we were informed of our options.

If we were ever left waiting on another party involved, Shannon was not shy about calling or emailing again to nudge them along—which made us feel genuinely advocated for.

I would highly recommend working with the Mosaic team for your home buying & selling needs!
