I have rented from Mosley associates for a year now. I am beyond disgusted with the rating from the most recent rating. When I moved in Megan was up front and honest about “potential led issues”. POTENTIAL! If you knowledge about led, or even read the information Megan gives upon signing the lease you would know that good majority of “older places” have a led warning!
Megan has been nothing but accommodating and respectful. When issues with my fridge happen the next day she had someone in replacing it, when my sink wouldn’t drain she has a worker out there in less than 24hours. Anytime I need to get ahold of Megan she gets back in a timely manner. If you need a good company to rent from, I will always recommend Mosley Associates!!

Moseley Associates, Megan specifically, literally saved us with their ability to quickly get us homed after my wife and I, on very short notice, moved out here from the Midwest. We initially had an arrangement with a private individual to move into a home where we discovered a severe mold issue that was undisclosed to us. A property listed by Moseley Associates proved to be not only a great property in a wonderful community but also was a quick and easy move-in process that was made possible by Megan and her wonderful associates.

Five years ago I was in desperate need of an apartment and when I found her she was so willing to make sure she got me in to my condo. I have been here for over 5 years as a stated and I love it so much.

I have been a tenant for Megan Mosely for 5 years. Starting in 2018, my previous housing situation fell through and I needed to find affordable housing within 3 weeks. I found a cute little townhouse on Zillow and I knew that I was going to rent that place! I met Megan to tour the apartment within 48 hours. Megan was timely and kind. She was up front about the older appliances and the responsibilities of the tenant to maintain the small backyard. She was open that there were other applicants and that I would hear within a week whether I was approved or not. It was only 2-3 days before I learned that I was approved. The credit check, references, etc was very quick and I had a signed lease very quickly. Move in was easy and Megan did a run through of the apartment at the time the keys were given to me and we agreed upon any damage that was there prior to my renting.

Over the several years that Megan has been my landlord, I have had issues with the fridge and Washer/dryer. By no means were any of these issues Megan's fault, and she was quick and responsive on getting the issues fixed. I even locked my self out and Megan was able to help at 9pm.

The last few years, I have been looking to buy a house. I have been up front with Megan about my wishes to buy, and she has been available for all showings. She has been open about the policy with breaking a lease, should that be an issue.

Overall, I have had zero complaints with Megan as a landlord or realtor. She has her tenant/buyers best interest in mind. She has been nothing but professional in all her communications.
