I called twice last week for the BMW service department to get a certain service question answered to see if they could do what I needed done before wasting my time scheduling an appointment to find out they can't do it. So I left 2 detailed messages last week with my number and name and haven't received a call yet. I will NEVER BUY another BMW not because of this but quality issues. But this was the nail in the coffin for me. I have 2 bmw's and they will be leaving my garage as soon as possible. I mean that's rude and beyond unprofessional to have a voicemail and not have the decency or respect to return a PAYING CUSTOMERS CALL. Hey Moses look at Harley Davidson right now, they don't respect their customers either and they are about to go under.

First, staff was very friendly. I scheduled 2 weeks out. Service was at 10:30 and I waited while working. At almost 12 they came and told me they were all taking a lunch and wouldn't get mine completed before lunch. So I had to wait another almost 2 hours. Did not feel like my time was respected or valued at all.

I was searching nationwide online for a pre-owned 2019 BMW M550i. I live in North Carolina. I contacted this dealership in West Virginia about the car and spoke to Casey regarding it's availability. She quickly put several video recordings together and text them to me. I told her the car was just what I was looking for and I didn't want to lose out on the opportunity to purchase it. Casey quickly took a deposit from me in order to hold it. She was very pleasant and courteous. I told her I plan to drive from NC to the dealership in West Virginia the next day to test drive and likely purchase the vehicle. She was not going to be in the next day but she spoke very highly of her colleagues and was very confident they would take car of me.

The next day she actually contacted me, on her day off via text, while I was on my way to let me know the names of her colleagues who would be greeting and taking care of me in her absence. We arrived after our 6 hour drive and had the most wonderful experience I have ever had at a dealership. Her colleagues Mike and Desalle really went above and beyond to show us the car and made sure we were comfortable. They were so friendly, genuine, pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

I did decide to purchase the car and we had lots of fun conversations all day long while we waited. Even their finance person, Jake, was friendly and fair. Such a pleasant experience and what a fabulous team oriented group they have at this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for everything team. I am loving my car.
