Exceptional service from start to finish! I rarely leave reviews, but this was worth it. Alex Welson, my salesman, went above and beyond, and I wholeheartedly recommend him. His honesty was so appreciated. He worked late because I am in a different time zone and handled the whole process like I was sitting in the office with him. He even helped with a delivery issue that had nothing to do with him or the dealership after I received the vehicle. Not only would I buy from him again but I would also choose him first to help with my next car purchase. His kindness was unmatched.

Had an awesome and easy experience purchasing my 24 F-150 XLT from Christian and the people at Moses Ford. I got a fantastic deal and after looking around at other local dealers, no one else’s price comes close to Moses Fords price. I will definitely be buying future vehicles from Moses!

The service was fine. However, it was cute when they called me and asked if I was Linda, but I scheduled the appointment anyway. When I arrived, they asked if the appointment was under Linda. I said no. Linda is my wife, and the love of my life. She did not buy this vehicle. She did not pay for this vehicle. She has never been to Moses Ford to talk to anyone. Linda‘s name was added to the title because, if I should die, she will be able to dispose of my truck. I have been receiving texts addressing me as Linda, to remind me of the appointment. As I was driving away today, I received a text, addressing me as Linda, asking me to take the survey. However petty it may be, it is reaching the point of disrespect. If Moses Ford lacks the technology to change the name in their records and to recognize that Steve bought his truck and maintains it, then please leave me alone. I’ll take my vehicle elsewhere for oil changes and maintenance.

Highly recommend Derek and Moses Ford. I was searching for a "unicorn" - a loaded white Bronco Raptor with matching white hardtop. I found one at Moses Ford on Thursday and sent an inquiry via their website. Within 2 minutes I was on the phone with Derek who communicated with me throughout the process of structuring the deal on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday I jumped on a plane and flew to West Virginia to sign the papers and drive it home on Monday. Very professional team at Moses Ford. A big dealer with a friendly small-town vibe. I traveled 2 time zones to make this deal and it was well-worth it. I would buy from them again. If you are within one state of WV I would recommend you make a call and drive to Saint Albans, WV to pickup your next new vehicle. Also thanks to Miguel who made the financing part of the process simple and straightforward. Offering me everything I needed and not trying to upsell me on something I didn't. Hard to find honest dealers, salespeople, and financing managers these days, but Moses Ford has all of the above. Thanks for helping me find my Bronco "unicorn". Now I can't wait to attend the Bronco Off-Roadeo driving school to learn how to drive one of these Raptors at the limits (or at least mine).

They were able to get us in for a maintenance appointment very quickly. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. were complete well within the timeframe given. Received a call to talk about a mechanical issue that needed further evaluation and was provided information for the next steps. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Always fast and friendly! Usually I am able to get an appointment fast. They do Saturday appointment which to me is a life saver with my work schedule. Hayden was awesome explain everything and was even able to get me in sooner.
