LaRea did an excellent job working with us to get our house sold. Unfortunately it was right when the interest rates went up to over 7% and so it was a challenging time to sell a house but we worked at it and got it sold. Melissa was great!! We bought a house from out of state, and we couldn't have done it without her. She was super responsive to every need we had. She also had the understanding of the housing market that allowed us to put our offer in so that we won the bid on the house that we wanted. Her knowledge really helped to minimize the stress that we had throughout the process of purchasing our house. We had lots of questions along the way, and without Melissa to guide us I would have questioning our decisions the whole time. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but you couldn't go wrong with Melissa as your agent.

We have worked with Jennifer Kron at Moses Lake Realty Group for going on three years now - she's represented us as our agent when purchasing several properties in the Moses Lake area, and now serves as our property manager. Jennifer knows the market better than anyone and prides herself both on the quality of representation she provides as an agent and as a property manager. She has a great network of professionals that she regularly works with for landscaping and contract work (minor repairs and so on) and holds all of her properties to a very high standard of maintenance.
