Purchased my (5th) Lexus in California. I moved back home so this was my first time using Moses for my purchased service contract. Everything went smoothly as I’ve come to expect with Lexus. Travis Naylor and the Service Staff were very accommodating. I also appreciated the phone text updates w/links to the details of my servicing, etc. Kerry Fugate and I had an informative conversation about the RX Hybrid series that I solicited while I waited as well. I would definitely recommend!

I've dealt with Ball (Bert Wolfe) Toyota for 20 years. Their service dept is top notch. I thought a Lexus dealership would be similar or better. No one comes to your vehicle, no direction when you pull in, nothing. I sat in my vehicle for several minutes waiting on someone to come and check me in...the employees just sat at the service desk. I finally got out, along with the 3 cars beind me, and walked up to the desk. It took so long to get checked. Very minimal service, especially for a Lexus dealership.
Also, the couches in the waiting area are the most uncomfortable places to sit ever.
