I can't say enough great things about Max and Alex with Mossglen Properties. They helped my parents find a great tenant for their rental property in a 55+ community in El Dorado Hills, and I’m so impressed with their level of service. From the very start, they were incredibly patient with all of the questions my parents and I had, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the process.

What really stood out to me was Max and Alex's quick response time. Whether it was a call or an email, they were always prompt and efficient, which made everything run smoothly. They were able to get the property photographed and listed within a week of us signing the agreement. Max and Alex also found stellar tenants for the property in less than a month. They’re also very tech-savvy, which continues to make communication and managing the process easy and stress-free, especially for my parents who aren't as familiar with online tools.

Alex and Max were able to help us list our property and get it rented out to great tenants in less than a day! They advise repairs, have a network of handyman's and contractors available, and have a very extensive rental contract that is very detailed and fair for both parties. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
