I have been working with my sales guy Jonathan for about a year now To get into a new used car Within my budget and due to life circumstances Such as finishing college and dealing with a death in the family I was unable to get into a vehicle until yesterday, he has been working diligent with me since one year ago since I was his first sale here and I am happy to say we closed the deal yesterday on a beautiful Q 50 That both Hit every Check box for me, as well as was his most recommended choice for me And my budget! It was definitely special to know that I was his first sale a year ago, and he was my first sale at a dealership. You know, I was very worried with my first purchase at a dealership as I was very concerned with buying a car that was unreliable or would not make it long and even stayed long after hours to ensure I would be Happy with my purchase!! I’m thrilled with the car, Ask for Jonathan if you come here, he is a great sales person And we’ll make sure that you are put in something reliable, safe and beautiful! I was even hooked up with a warranty and detailed car wash. He was even kind enough to help me get home with my junk car after buying this one ! 10/10 Recommend for all of your car needs !

They offer a wide selection of both new and used cars, but the exact vehicle I wanted was at another location about 50 minutes away. UPDATE!!

Still have not heard back from Mossy Nissan regarding a requested call back, (it’s only been two months, no big deal) and now I have this warning appearing on my car with less than 60,000 miles.

Sooooooooooooo, will I ever get a call back? Or am I just going to have to keep being ignored and hope and pray everything works out?

March of 2024, I took my 2021 Nissan Rogue to do routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and the service department informed me that there was a recall on my car and they were going to fix it. The recall had something to do with the vehicle not shutting down fully and destroying the battery overtime. The service department “fixed” the recall and informed me my battery was bad. May of 2024, I replaced the battery. November of 2024 I took my car to a different location to get an oil change where I was informed my battery failed. I then went to Nissan, explained what happened and asked if they could please confirm that the recall was actually fixed before I replaced a 5 month old battery. The technician asked me to make an appointment and I did. I dropped my car off for an appointment and after not hearing from the service department for 3 hours of having my car, I called and Alex informed me he was about to have my car taken in for an oil change. I explained to Alex my car didn’t need an oil change and why I brought my car to them. Alex then told me the battery is fine and whoever tested it was “just trying to sell you a battery”, without even testing my battery. I asked Alex to test it anyways. Alex called and told me my battery was fine and my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, Alex assured me the recall wasn’t an issue and my battery was fine, and also provided me with the report. When I got home, I actually read the report which indicated that my battery was actually bad. I called the service department asking to speak to Alex or a manager, to which I was told neither were available and they would call me back. It has been 9 days since, and I still have not received a call from either Alex or a manager regarding my car, why I was lied to, and what we can do to move forward.

I highly recommend coming in and asking for Steven, the awesome sales consultant at Nissan of Oceanside. As soon as I walked by the new cars on the lot, he greeted me with a friendly smile. He was super helpful and answered all my questions about the car I was interested in. I came with my mom to get my oil change with Alex, and I never thought I’d leave with a brand-new 2025 Nissan Ariya! Steven even shared that he has an Ariya car himself, which made me feel more confident about getting my first electric car. He gave me great advice on maintaining my car battery life and all the apps available to find charging stations. Every time I get in my car to start my day, I’m forever grateful to Steven for helping me get in this car and know that I have a reliable and safer car to drive my family in.
