From the first call Zdravko went out of his way to help us with the apartment process. We moved from NY and his welcoming gestures and his ability to come through far and beyond what is expected was in fact such an amazing way to enter Stowe Vt. But this wasn’t just the welcoming to Mountain Haus, Zdravko continues to be very responsive with anything that goes wrong. He even helped us with other issues as we were adapting to a new place. Zdravko runs the Mountain Haus almost like a concierge! And he gets 10 +++ star review!
Now as far as apartment goes…Either everyone is quiet and we are the noise makers or the building is well insulated. It is so peaceful and quiet. We have a beautiful corner unit with a propane stove heater and washer and dryer. The layout is terrific and spacious with lots of closet space. Lots of windows with natural light. We love how clean and modern it is and the kitchen is large with lots of cupboard space.
Definitely our favorite apartment. we ever rented. We have been home owners for years so it’s not an easy switch but we feel very fortunate to be at Mountain Haus and have someone like Zdravko in charge! We feel safe and at home!

This is a lovely community and place to live. The location couldn’t be better; you have shuttle access to skiing, access to the rec path, TopNotch resort and the catamount x country ski trail just off the property. My husband I loved living here with our newborn! Our two bedroom unit was the perfect place for us; spacious, recently constructed and up to date with great appliances, heat, etc. Also you couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Zdravko is responsive, helpful and overall very good at his job.

Mountain Hais has been my home for the pasts 2 years. I have been in building 2 which was newly built and was the first person to rent this unit. That being said I have met many of the other tenants and also visited there units. I can say without a doubt that it has been an absolute pleasure living here. The management team here has also been more then helpful with any and all of my concerns or needs.

Mountain Haus is located next one of Stowes massive trail systems that is used year around. There is also a trail that leads to Top Notch resort within a 5 minute walk. Many services there including a full health club and spa.

Update: Updating review to 5/5. Living here has been more than amazing. The area has a lot to offer in terms of activities, but above all Zdravko, the property manager, has been nothing but outstanding. Any maintenance request is promptly addressed, and he cares for the community. Other residents have been wonderful, and are great to have as neighbors. With hiking trails right off the property, the rec path only a stone throw away, Mountain Haus is definitely top quality.

I have been a resident of Mountain Haus in Stowe for three years, and as someone who has never lived in one place for more than a year throughout my adult life, this speaks volumes. The building's craftsmanship is truly exceptional, boasting high-quality materials, well-designed lighting, expansive windows, and elegant molding.

The location is hard to surpass, with Stowe Mountain Resort just a five-minute drive away and the Stowe Bike Path merely 30 seconds by foot. Top Notch Resort and its accompanying tennis club are also a stone's throw away. When the weather permits, I often find myself biking and hiking on a daily basis. For those unfamiliar with Stowe, it is a charming mountain town that perfectly embodies the quaintness of a rural New England village while also offering an array of top-notch restaurants, cafes, and attractions. It's a place where you can feel both at home and on vacation simultaneously.

Furthermore, Zdravko, the property manager, is truly outstanding. He genuinely cares for the community and its residents, making him a first-rate steward of the property.

Mountain Haus is one of the more amazing places that I have ever had the pleasure to live in. It is in an ideal location, practically at the foot of the mountains while also a very short drive from the beautiful town center. Zdravko is always attentive and responsive to all my needs and a genuine wonderful person to be around. Miss it already!
