I am so amazed of how professional and fast they are at Mountain Home Real Estate. I applied for this apartment online and the same day I was contacted by Michael. He ask me when I would like to see it, and answered any questions I ask. He told me at the end of the call, if I had any other questions, please feel free to call or email him. I went to look at the apartment three days later, and met with Corey. Corey explained to me that everything was done except they were redoing some tile, before I could move in (which was fine). He was also so professional and answered any questions I had. I told Corey that I wanted the apartment, and then contacted Michael to let him know I wanted the apartment.Three days later, I received a call from Michael stating everything was approved and the apartment was mine. 🙂 I was so surprised how fast, they are at taking care of everything, because I have never had a place approved so fast, plus everyone was so nice and helpful. When I went to pick up my keys, Michael also told me and gave me some things to let me know what was going on in the area, where the stores was and ect, which was great, because I’m new to the area. I have now been here for 5 months, and couldn’t have found a better place, or people to rent from. I can’t complain about one thing since I been here. It’s so peaceful and my neighbors is amazing. If you ever want a place to rent from people that take pride in there customer service and care about their tenants, they’re definitely the people to go to get your next home.

This review is my experience with Mountain Home Real Estate LLC.

This company listed a house for sale as spotless and immaculate, empty, vacant. The listing pics made me so excited that I took a whole day off to travel to West Virginia, begged an advisor to come with me, and a realtor to show me the house.

The realtor arrived first. When I got there, the realtor was outside, looked at me, and shook her head. When we went in, there were major junk, trash, and debris in almost ALL of the rooms. The ENTIRE inside looked NOTHING like the listing pics! Half of the front enclosed porch was waist high with 12-pack containers of sodas and trash. I could not walk through some of the rooms due to the amount of junk and debris covering the floor. Kitchen counter tops were full with food and junk. Kitchen cabinet doors were stained and dirty. House was actually occupied with no furniture. Occupants were sleeping on the floor with debris like squatters in an abandoned property. House was the complete opposite of the immaculate pictures presented by Mountain Home Real Estate LLC! Worse, there were also two major bug infestations (hundreds crawling all over the wall) in one of the upstairs rooms and also inside the enclosed front porch. The only living area without trash and junk was one room where the cat was kept. The smell in the house was not pleasant.

I am VERY upset. I feel that I have been duped by negligence, fraud, or both. If the listing pics were factual, I would not even want to go anywhere near this house. I wasted my time and money, wasted my advisor's time, and wasted the realtor's time to travel and see a house that looked like it should have been condemned by the health department.

Is what Mountain Home Real Estate LLC did legal? It is clearly UNACCEPTABLE and beyond deceptive. I have seen doctored or special effect pics, but this is more egregious. IMO, what they did there was unethical at a minimum. I thought realtors are supposed to be bounded by codes of ethics. Any reputable realtor board would not want their members doing business this way.

This experience with Mountain Home Real Estate LLC has taught me not all brokers and agents are honest or can be trusted.

Since Steph Rebant, of Mountain Home real Estate, has served in the capacity of site manager here in our small community of CMA, the improvements to the community have been immeasurable! Additionally, the cabins they oversee, as both rental agent and property manager, are handled impeccably. They have never taken any approach beyond asking how they might be of support, and they have proven to be invaluable in the support they offer. Finally, when my husband died almost ten years ago and I was struggling with whether to sell my home during a very tough time, I reached out to them in pursuit of selling. They showed me the utmost patience and were very reassuring when I ultimately decided not to sell.

I cannot express enough what a positive influence they have been on behalf of myself and my community. The sincerest gratitude and deepest appreciation!

I had a bad experience with them. I was planning to see an apt with them on Tuesday. Both me and my ride was trying to find their office and we couldn’t find them . I email them to let them know what was going on . I got was that I was no call no show for the second them . This was my first time that I was late for the viewing for their apt . This is a joke with them . I tried so many times to find a place either I had to make certain amount or they won’t schedule an apt for me to see . How about you guys learn to keep your damn word and not be so lazy
