This is a little late, but on two separate occasions Brianne & David, owners of Mountain Valley Property Management, have come to my rescue at my residence. I had a very scary incident in November when my home flooded from the upstairs apartment, with five inches of water, pouring through the light fixtures @ 3:00am. Brianne showed up @ the same time as the fire department in the middle of the night it was 31 degrees outside. Brianne called specialists to get to my home, and
get the flooding damage under control. I've never experienced anything like that. Couple of month's ago David & Brianne came to my rescue once again at 9:30pm to investigate a smell, like burning wire, due to the previous situation. Mountain Valley Property Management has been outstanding to help me feel safe in my beloved home. The office staff also does a great job.

David Craig and the entire staff at Mountain Valley Property Management made it very easy to rent our home on 5 acres in Penn Valley. Their tenant review process got us dependable tenants who took great care of our home and property. Whenever there were problems at the house that needed to be taken care of, David's staff was prompt in notifying us, even when the cost of repairs did not go above the established threshold. Communication between us was also timely, like when the tenants who had been under a one year lease the first year wanted to go month to month beginning the 2nd year. David's staff also did a one year inspection of the home and property, noting any damages that tenants needed to take care of. We have taken the property out of the rental market to sell it, and the transition of doing that also was very smooth. I highly recommend Mountain Valley Property Management!
