I would say it's okay. The appliances you get are about ten years old, and you have to wonder when they'll break down on you. Floors are cheap as you'd expect. Hard to get a hold of maintenance. They don't have a hot tub but two pools ()) Which makes zero sense. Give a hot tub to the people and make one pool and adult pool. The dog station hasn't been working for months and neither has the dog dryer despite bringing it up multiple times. They come up with excused about how it’s the old managements issue they are trying to fix. They've been quick on a couple issues I've had regarding tenants at least. Dumpsters aren't as accessible as you need, depending ding on where you live. It's not a bad place, just a typical place that calls themselves a luxury apartment, even though they’re not really luxurious. The toilets are about the size of dinner plates so they suck to use.
to those of who have lived in other cities it’s nothing special. There is mold in the buildings so be careful and make sure to ask when the last check was. The water water pressure is minimal and can take up to a minute to fill a medium size bowl. Nice gyms, and they have furnished if you need which is nice however they are very overpriced and I had to put 2400$ down for less than 900sq ft. They get you buy for what you need but not spectacular. I kept having issues with cockroaches coming in through the vents and I couldn’t get a response from the maintenance team for days. The people working in the front are very nice however every interaction with the head manager I have encountered or seen has found her to be very rude and snobby and definitely as if she can’t be bothered type of attitude. Overall 3 stars but definitely not a luxurious apartment complex.

Horrible, incredibly greedy owners and new office management is awful. I would never recommend them.

Conveniently I cannot reply to the “owners” reply. I did not break in the first month that’s a bold face lie. I leased for 6 months, gave my required 2 month notice and had no problem paying my termination fees regardless of management bragging that “I have a waiting list a mile long”.

What I have an issue with is being blind sided by a bogus “cleaning fee”. Especially when the dishwasher when I moved in was NASTY and I had to clean it myself before I could use it. Not to mention there’s likely something in the unit which caused my daughter and I to be extremely sick all the time. As soon as we left no more health issues. So yeah, I had to get out of there early for the health of myself and my child. ✌?

This company is terrible. They have no respect or compassion for any of their tenants. And god forbid I bother Mike George! Texting him to ask for help bc of no heat is apparently an annoyance.
And because I texted him for help, he decided to evict me. I’m being evicted bc I bugged the OWNER of the apartment complex. Just wow.
The landlords show NO courtesy. They are supposed to give a heads up if they want to come in your unit to do something. I have NEVER gotten a heads up. But I never complained about that….even though it’s stated in the lease.
I have only been in my unit less than a year. I’ve had MULTIPLE issues ranging from sewage flooding, doors falling apart, and no heat.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to this company or anything the George’s own.

Continued since there is no option to reply. Nothing I said was false. The living area was 50 degrees with a cold draft. My septic overflowed into the living area twice and was not cleaned or sanitized. I was not rude to the maintenance people I was rude to you for saying the heating units are fail proof. The maintenance guys did a great job on the response time “with the heat problem” but they also made sure to tell me that they did not get to enjoy Christmas because he was dropping off heaters and water to me and other units. They also did not call. I had no idea who was knocking at the door.

Also….the heat has not been fixed

Mountain Creek Properties was a fabulous location during my stay in Pennsylvania! As a yearly mover, I have been though many properties. I can not thank the office staff enough for assistance with any inquiry, an easy move in and a seem-less move out. I will miss the maintenance staff that always helped with silly request. Also they didn’t make fun of me for my Amazon problem!
