WARNING..do not even waste your time with this company, we applied to rent one of their retail locations. We are beyond. qualified, have excellent credit, great references, tax returns and established businesses that are currently open. They will ask for every little bit of personal information from you and not give you the time of day or space to rent. Not to mention they will not give you a lease but keep you in month to month terms. Be ware they will also make you pay for all building repairs and Maitnance like the re-pavement of the parking lot. They way that this company deals in business is no wonder why their spaces sit vacant for so long. At the end of the day I am HAPPY that the landlord showed his true colors so I won’t have to deal with that in the future.

I've been renting from them for two years and it has been great. Not once have they stopped by without notice and when did come by it was to drop off fire extinguishers.
The AC went out and the very next morning they had it fixed.

$800 taken from my deposit for a cheap apartment I left in near spotless condition.

Low quality light fixtures fall apart on their own, creating a literal safety hazard in the units (which you will also be charged for fixing).

Never rent from these people they will do everything they can to take advantage of you and make sure you dont get your rental deposit back they will also charge you for "damages" after keeping your deposit then they will sue you and they have creditors harass you for years to try to get more money from you its been over 10 years and they still dont stop. This place should be investagated for fraud also along with there other multiple shady businesses

This is by far the worst rental company ever . Do not rent from them if your trying to live you life . They will stop by your house weekly . I would of rather lived outta my car then give these losers a penny . Do not rent a thing off these clowns
