I rented an apartment on Mill Ave in Union Grove managed by this company and honestly, they were absolute angels. My water heater was on its way out in my unit and they had a new one installed within a few days despite that I contacted them late on a Friday. Between them and my wonderful landlord I honestly had such a great 1st time renters experience. Very responsive and respectful of their tenants.

I have dealt with them for almost 4 years. They are a very lazy and excuse filled management company. I had construction debris left in a bedroom in a basement for almost 2 years with no attempt to remove the debris and clean the room so it could be used. They made excuses that there was scheduling issues, funny when the water heater went out they had it fixed next day, when I brought up mold the same thing. But taking care of the construction clean up, nothing. They had pictures of the deteriorating deck from their maintenance man that came out to look for mold, they never addressed that either. I gave notice on June 5th I was leaving, now they are trying to charge me for June and July and say that I’m responsible for paying the rent for both month all the while they have a lock box on the door and a new key. That doesn’t make much sense at all. Guess they are unable to do simple math, 28 days notice makes it July 2nd, not 2 months of rent due. These company is very unprofessional, lazy and unqualified to take care of properties for property owners. My neighbors AC went, and they sent their supposed hvac tech out, who for one didn’t fix the issue and two sat around for an hour or more trying to read a manual and look up videos on how to troubleshoot the issue. He didn’t fix, so when I got home my neighbor asked me to look at it since I am a licensed hvac tech, unless than 10 minutes I had it fixed. This company is a total joke and if I were a would be tenant I would steer clear of them and if I was a property owner I would look for a more competent and reliable property management company.

I need to pay my Sanitation Bill here. The gal in which I have to deal with is super rude. The main street which I live on had major construction going on and I asked when they would be finished seems like she got offended by my asking "I would like to know when the road construction crew will be done?" She seemed annoyed, I even asked. I couldn't even get my truck out of my driveway.

This is the worst management company. They have siding that tore down from the wind storm and it's still banging on my window a month later. There's garbage piled up out side for over 2 months. I also had an issue with water damage from the roof leaking witch caused BLAK MOLD that they are responsible for and they didn't want to fix it and told me to call my insurance so I did they confirmed what I told them and it took a month to fix.

Since MPC has been managing Island View Condominiums for the past 9 years, we have been very pleased with the work that Carissa and the team have done to get and keep all of our financials in order. They take care of all of the property issues in a timely manner with their 24 hr service availability. Cliff is our daily maintenance employee from MPC, he cares for our pool and common areas with professional detail.

Thank you MPC team for keeping Island View a place where others wish they lived!

Our condo association moved to MPC as of January 1, 2023. The data transfer between the two companies was not integrated, and as a result the mailing address, email, and auto withdrawal banking information did not transfer. Therefore they stopped pulling assessments that were setup to be efficient. They then mailed to the condo address (which doesn't receive mail) rather than the owner address. The never used email or phone to communicate. As a result they sent the account to an attorney. Their lack of ability to communicate, integrate accurate data, return phone calls or even have a human discussion are pretty bad business practices and I'm happy to share my personal experience and discourage properties from exposing their residents to this company.

Waited an entire week to view a property just for them to cancel it. Then trying to work with other times Becky only wanted to do times that were convenient with her. I have a full time day job and she is BARLEY willing to do anything past noon. Dodged a bullet renting from this company! I do NOT recommend.

I would say working with MPC has been a very a good experience with very good communications via the portal and tickets getting wrapped up in a timely fashion. Their portal is very nice for a condo owner and staying up to date with whats going on in the HOA. They are great at making suggestions for maintenance and problem resolution and do a fair and honest job, I Trust the owner. Our first ticket took about a year to clear up- however I think they had just an over abundance of high priority issues from our previous Property Management company in Lake Geneva who did nothing at all.
