The repair guy, Raymond, is always there within 24 hours of problems popping up and helps with no problems. He also is just generally friendly. The property manager, Jessie, is nice and answers questions promptly. By far the best renting experience I've had in Seattle so far. Only downside is the laundry situation, which is $3.75 in quarters just to wash one load of laundry. It would be nice if we had the option to pay with card, or better yet, not pay at all. I wouldn't even mind paying an additional fee to cover laundry if it meant not having to maintain a stash of quarters all of the time.

First take away has been a decent property at competitive pricing in my current location. Friendly agent Jessie is quick to respond and do her best to assist and accomodate with issues.
I will also say the maintenance guy that has serviced me (I am forgetting his name) is very professional and friendly while being suprisingly speedy at arriving and doing the service.
I can't speak for everyone, but I would recommend working with Jessie to anyone else looking for a property to live and a friendly hard working property manager.

Lived at the Mountain View apartments for over a year and experienced very friendly staff and kind neighbors. Great neighborhood for me and my dog, the apartment is very dog friendly as well which I loved. The apartment had newer appliances and was very spacious for the price I rented it at. Jessie Huang is the best part about taking this apartment at Morrison Arms. She is precise, thorough and professional. But also patient, empathetic and genuinely kind. SHE CARES!!!!! Whatever she makes give her a raise.

Management is very easy going, handles conflicts timely and appropriately . Raymond the maintenance man amazing ! Jessie the property manager is so kind and answers questions in a timely manner ! The apartments are cozy with lots of light. You gain a family living at the complex as it’s is relatively small witch allows you to speak to everyone , including awesome neighbors!

This block of Lake City way is hardly peaceful. Never ending construction, loud motors, homeless camping outside my window all year before almost burning the building down...that's when find it fix it does anything...aftermath. Building is very old, squirrels hang out in our crawl space. The apartment is too small for what rate we pay and location.
