I am beyond grateful to Mullholland brand. I decided to install gates on the sides of my home for enhanced security.

I wanted a design that was both secure and worked with the style of the house and had more of an artistic feel and less commercial.

I mentioned to Yossi there was a gate in the Neighborhood I liked and we went together to go see it. He said no problem we can do this for you.

They were competitive on the price - I really wanted to work with Mulholland because their quality and design is top.

The whole experience was very professional - formal estimate with all the details and they were sure to show me the small differences between the gate we used for inspiration and my final gate.

Mulholland over delivered - they installed the custom gates 2 full weeks ahead of the anticipated date.

After replacing our two wood gates three times in the last 12 years we decided to try a more durable alternative. Mulholland Brand was one of only a few gate installers that utilized aluminum that we could find. The process was pretty painless, and they were sympathetic to my busy schedule. They did an excellent job throughout and we are very pleased with the quality and aesthetics of the gates. Cost was reasonable, considering the custom nature of the product. Would definitely recommend Mulholland Brand if you are looking for fencing or gates that will stand up to the difficult southern California climate.

Stay away - super expensive, slow and 0 service!

I have been a good customer to Mulholland Brand, purchased 2 gates and a larger Pergola from them so I spent quite some money with them.

This year has been a true horrible experience with them where the rain cover to my Pergola got damaged because of the strong winds. It turns out, the cover was not installed properly and that is why the cover tore apart.

Since January 9th I have been trying to get my Pergola serviced and fixed - no one answers my calls or emails. The only time I get someone to talk to is when I call the Sales department and they pretend Installation is there transfer me over for my call to end up on a voicemail or just ring forever. When I finally get through to someone, they send an installer out to then tell me they dont have the materials to fix it and just leave again (this has happened twice!!).

I have truly never felt so disrespected and ignored - stay away from this company at all costs!

Mulholland Brand fence. This is one of favorite upgrades to my home. The double gate is light weight but strong. The lock pad and kick stop makes for easy use. Barak sold me the gate and he and the product far exceeded my expectation. The price was reasonable for such a good product. I highly recommend this product.

I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. Their work was absolutely shoddy from start to finish. The paint on the so-called "powder-coated aluminum" gates is peeling, chipping, and bubbling. The gates themselves were hung unevenly and look completely haphazard.

The address plates our HOA contracted for were another disaster--with glass pieces slipping/falling off and house/unit numbers that were attached incorrectly. Additionally we had address plates were never delivered. It's beyond frustrating!

To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. We are filing a complaint with the CSLB because this kind of work is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and run away--do not use this company.

The finished products are testament to their quality over the years of use especially by the ocean. Well worth a conversation and quote. The team were all uniformed, very respectful and made sure they took care of the property while doing their job; covering walls and areas they were working in.
