STAY AWAY
I wish i could give a lower review. Used Munras Property Management for a couple years. I have never encountered someone as completely incapable, rude, and unprofessional as the woman who runs the front desk. Repairs went years without being fixed. Mold started growing when shower was broken for months, was told to just leave window open. We lived next to an open, broken septic tank for almost 9 months. We had mouse holes in the doors when we arrived, took about 2 years to fix. We were charged in our security deposit for things that were broken when we moved in. We had a baby while we lived there, and no safety checks were ever done in regards to mold etc. Property owner used to show up at least 5 times a month to "check on the apartment." Except when we requested repairs, then would disappear for months.
I would not touch this company with a 10 foot pole. Whoever knowingly runs a business like this should be embarrassed and ashamed. And by looking at the other reviews, i am not the only one who thinks so. Should have called better business bureau and a health code inspector when i had the chance. i gave them the benefit of the doubt. And they took advantage of it. STAY AWAY

Had a pretty bad experience with this realty. While they took my money to run my credit and process my application, they never bothered to send word as to the results. Since then, I had heard that others experienced the same issue. The tenant of the property I was interested in also told me that they handle emergency repairs alright as long as you stay on them, they don't bother fixing anything else. I still applied because finding a house in the area during the summer is very hard, but I'm glad I did not end up having to deal with them again.

I rented with this company two years ago and they are so bad it's been bothering me I didn't write a review sooner. Steve HATES military though he claims he's a retired Navy Captain. The apartment was not inspected before I moved in and I was blamed for the issues when I moved out. This company only cares about their cut of the pie and is fine with leaving everyone else owners and tenants out to dry. Yelp tells the same story!

If you need a management company to cash your tenants check at the end of the month or to arrange direct deposit, these are the people to do it. If you require more interaction with either yourself or your tenant and feel you deserve cordial, professional, competent capabilities and the ability to problem solve, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
