We worked with Hana to purchase a vacation rental. Hana was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She was thoughtful and didn't rush us. She knew exactly the right property for us and our needs. When we found some issues after the inspection, she arranged for an independent contractor to get a second opinion and was able to renegotiate the price to reflect the work needed. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Randy has been working with us for the past several years. We have come to appreciate all of his great work in what is usually a thankless job. We enjoy Murphy’s Realty because of Randy.
