awful, trust me they is noisy and nosy. They'll check every detail of the house.they do clean it and fix it before you go in there but trust me no privacy, they'll go in there when ever they'll feel like. I never liked it, never made sense to me. I thought the renting the place means you own the property, while you pay, aperently you can't leave one tiny spot dirty not one.
If you live there a year more than 12,000 dollars you paid and you'll still have to pay 50 per hour of paint individually each painter. 50 per cleaner an hr. Maintenice work. The painters don't even get half of that or cleaners. Most office people are nice. The demanding work for every worker is done in good faith decision making is not up to them. if you go live there be warned. If you go work there and your about good moral and justed doing, not the place, ahah they literally think your the crazy one haha.

Don't submit an application here. They'll take your money and not even run your application. My fiance and I applied and our application was denied within one day because of an account in collections on my credit. I told them I was unaware of the account and would dispute it. They didn't care AND they never even ran my fiance's credit check but they still charged us the application fee. For reference my credit is in the "good" range and my finace's is in the "excellent" range and we make 4x the rent. Absolutely ridiculous. They refused to refund us for the app fee. We applied at two other property management companies in the area and were approved no problem. Don't waste your time here.

Similar to these other reviews, my girlfriend and I applied here, we make about 6 times the rent, both have an absolutely perfect rental history, I have excellent credit and hers is okay. Due to a very small negative mark on her credit report they denied us, what was also interesting is that I am a white man that they spoke very kindly to, and she is a black woman. When we put in our applications, even though I finished mine well before hers, they only did her background and credit check, never did mine. Then called her and curtly told her she was denied and woudn't give any details other than she had a negative mark. The homes look nice but definitely happy their true colors shined through

I went to check out two properties owned by this management and one thing I noticed is that both office staff gave conflicting application process. One said we just need a guarantor if we don't meet requirements. Another one said we will be denied if anyone doesn't meet ALL requirements or had a history of negative remarks (even guarantors) even with great rental history and 3x the income. One said it was a soft pull on your credit and the other property said it will be a hard pull. So which one is it? Also, they go on 6 month lease then do month to month. They raise rent every year as well, which they can raise once you go month to month according to one of the office staff. This property needs to lower their standards in the application process. I saw other reviews where people will got denied immediately. I just don't understand why they push for people to apply yet I see and hear many have gotten denied.

Very disappointed with the application process. Both my fiance and I submitted applications through MWS and within 24 hours we were declined, despite both of us having good credit and a combined income exceeding 4x the monthly rent.

On the credit report, they found a charge in collections for $207 that was received just days ago that is currently being disputed.

They were not flexible with the information relayed to them and would not work with us.

This property did not give accurate details for approval for apartment for students. Was told they just need a cosigner since they won't be able to approve on their own. I told them that they did not have good credit and they told me they just needed cosigner. Wasted a whole week paying for a hotel. Need to have proper information so people don't waste their time.

Unfortunately living in property’s owned or managed by mws has been a terrible experience , save yourself and rent anywhere else
