Hired him and had him 'look after' our house while we were away for 5 months. When we came back to the house we found irrigation that was leaking all over the pavers around the pool, an electric window blind furled up on the floor, a swamp pump that was leaking onto the ground into a puddle because its belt was broken, didn't clean the property as he was paid to do cause "he was too busy". A sliding door in the kitchen with access to the yard that was left unlocked.
