Working with Billy Pol was an absolute pleasure. He found us our space under a very tight deadline and was always responsive to our many questions. He made himself available at all times and all days of the week, which we found to be incredibly helpful given we only had a month or less to move. Given the rush required to find a place, much coordination is needed and stress may ensue. Billy acted as a calming influence throughout the office search, negotiations, and closing. Billy also negotiated a lower price for us saving us a lot of money in rent per month. What more can I say, just a great guy and a consummate professional.

I love working with Bill Poll of NAI Puget Sound Properties. He found us a great space three years ago. He really listen to our needs and found spaces that would fit our budget. We ended up getting the first place we looked out. He really listen to us. He also negotiated the contract based on our budget. Three year later, our property was sold and we wanted to extend our lease, but the new owners wanted a lot more money for the lease. I asked Billy to please step in and he worked with the new property team on a new lease that worked for both them and us. We are a small family owned business, but he treated us like we were his most important customer. When our current lease is up in two years, I will use NAI and Billy again.

I worked with Aaron Rosen from this office. He was very knowledgeable about the subtle differences in properties and the benefits and drawbacks on specific areas. He recommended different areas that I was not familiar with and was very helpful in advising me in my expansion into the region. There is no substitute for the kind of in-depth experience that Aaron has. His assistant, John, was very professional and responsive. I felt prioritized and confident that my interests were represented in the Tacoma office.

We found that both Kyle and Sam were consummate professionals. Reaching out to us despite the property not being currently for sale, and working with us to the point we were ready to sell. Several bumps in the road could have stalled this but they patiently worked through each of the issues to bring the sale to a close. Ryan Olson has been continuously diligent for me over several years. What I appreciate the most is he keeps my interests in mind and sends me options even if we haven’t been in touch for a while. And, the only reason I didn’t give him a full 5-star rating is we are waiting to close on our first deal. I’m sure we’ll get there soon.
