Tiffany was nothing short of AMAZING! She helped Haley pick out the perfect dress, and gave her an amazing deal! She’s very professional, accommodating, sweet & caring. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They have now gained lifelong customers from our family ❤️

Great people! We walked in and asked for a tux they sized him, tried tux on, and ordered it! That fast, then I think 3 or 4 days it was here to pick up! We will be back for sure!

Just the absolute best. I went to several bridal shops in WV, OH and PA. Hands down, Nandel's is the best. Very professional, but also very personal! They recognized me from my first time time shopping, and had my favorite dress and accessories already pulled. Their stylists and all their staff were honestly as excited as my family and bridesmaids about the dresses. Everyone there has a great attitude and passion for what they do. 10/10!!

Bought my daughters prom gown here. People very friendly and helpful. Would have been 5 star except they do not have a seamstress for alterations, so you have to take it somewhere else. They do give you a list of local places that do this to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend them, tho.

My experience was wonderful. I made the appointment through facebook chat, and I sent them a pinterest board ahead of time. When I arrived for my appointment, they already had some great ideas, and helped me pick a beautiful gown. I had so much fun with my experience, and the staff was so friendly and great. They even helped me find a perfect veil to match my dress. And they were not pushy at all. I did not feel pressured to buy or anything. Low stress and very friendly atmosphere. My only negative is that the store doesn't have a bathroom, so just be sure to use the restroom before your appointment. The selection was amazing, and I highly recommend the shop. It was a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Very personal experience!

My best friend found her wedding dress here! Great selection of sizes to try on and I love all the customized ways you can order to fit your personal style. The owner was super nice and let me use her restroom since there isn't one in the actual store

I got my bridesmaid dress here and it was so gorgeous. Just being there was a fabulous experience! The employees were so nice and treated us like family. The only bad thing about it was a little hard to find being in the way back of a neighborhood!
