Honestly 10/10. I would highly recommend this place. The maintenance staff is wonderful, Ali who is the maintenance manager always comes through, he is very respectful and professional. All maintenance requests are streamlined through our online portal where we pay rent etc. all requests are usually answered within 24 hrs or less unless it falls on a Sunday but even then if it’s an emergency, someone will be there to help. Jovanna, also one of the managers has been amazing. The staff here always let people know ahead of time any scheduled maintenance.
Granted, there are some unforeseen circumstances sometimes ( mostly from my time here due to hurricane Berryl) but they try to make sure all residents live comfortably. The pool is well kept, the hallways and stairs are swept and mopped. Overall, great pick!! Thank you Nantucket!

Ali is hands down the best maintenance guy I’ve ever dealt with. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to fix things properly. One time, we had a plumbing issue at 2 AM, and the team responded immediately. He’s quick, reliable, and always makes sure the job gets done right. Definitely appreciate his hard work!

When I tell you the they are the sweetest people you would meet. From the first day. The move in was so amazing. Fresh bake cookies and water for hydration. Ms. Tammie & Ms. Moe are the best. I’m looking forward to living here. If you were looking for a great move in a great area I would highly recommend this place. Much love and respect.

i am leaving 5 stars for the awesome maintenance team specifically Ali! every single issue we have had, has been quickly & professionally resolved by Ali. he actually takes his time to ensure a job well done & remembers to check back. he has made living here a breeze & if/when things break i don’t stress much bc i know the maintenance team will handle it with a sense of urgency.

I’ve been living here for a lil over 2 years and like any other complex Nantucket definitely has had its ups and downs but I just wanted give a review to Ali the manager of maintenance and Jo the assistance manager of the leasing office. I love love love their attitude and there willingness to always help or at least assist to find a solution. I appreciate them so much! Thanks for the hard work and dedication guys!

I’ve been a resident going on 3 years. Ali is very helpful he does his job fast & well!! If it wasn’t for maintenance I probably would’ve been gone due to other problems! Ali definitely deserves a raise. Thankful for him & his hard work!!
