If I could give less than 1 star, I would. 4735 22nd AVE NE APT 2... DO NOT LIVE HERE. My entire apartment was molding over by the day which I had to clean. There was some sort of gap in the foundation which was allowing tons of water to be stored in the walls and then just seep down into my room. I tried to get any kind of compensation from them to help with my damages and they after they let me out of my lease early and gave me back my last months rent and deposit, they tried to say that the mold was my fault. I lost my bed, over 80% of my clothes, my bed frame, tons of shoes, even my passport molded over. I moved out of the apartment with some shoes and 2 trash bags worth of the rest of my property. I even ended up having to get medication for my time there because my face and lips and swelled up from all of the mold exposure.

I repeat... DO NOT LIVE IN 4735 22ND AVE NE APT 2.
