The family and I recently decided to get a place we can call our home. We got in contacted with Rebecca and her team, a wise choice. Not only did she do more than it was required of her, she did an outstanding job with helping us get things in order, gave good detailed instructions as to what we need when a problem arrived. With the help of the agent, Jose Luis Lopez, we were able to go thoroughly inspect each house we were interesting in. Giving us advice when a problem arrived, we were able to finally select the house that suited our requirements. We are grateful we stayed with the agency, NAREM. Through every bump and curve we came across, they were able to find a solution and guide us through the process.

I want to thank Rebecca for her professionalism and knowledge. My wife and I were working with a different loan officer before her, He caused us to miss out on a home we really liked because he didn't have the experience to know how to process a loan for those who use an ITIN number. Afterward, we felt a little discouraged to continue looking for homes since the first time around didn't go well, but then a family member recommended us to Rebecca. She helped us and told us it was still possible to buy a home. She walked us through the process and made things simple to understand. Thanks to Rebecca and Jose, my wife and are were able to close on our first home.

I firstly want to say a big thanks to Rebecca, Carmen, and Jose! They all were amazing during this home buying process. Rebecca really went above and beyond to make everything possible. She worked to get us the highest loan possible while still being able to live comfortably. Carmen helped us find the prefect home, in the best area. Both Carmen and Jose really worked hard to get us our new home. They all stayed in contact through the whole process and made it as easy as possible and worked to make sure we enjoyed this process as a whole. These are definitely people everyone should work with. This is the best place in Sacramento for all your real estate needs. We had a very difficult time finding the perfect house and deal to purchase our next home. I fully recommend NAREM! Rebecca and her team were very helpful and patient with me throughout the whole process. My husband and I are very picky and they took us to many houses until we found one we were happy with and never once complained or gave us attitude. They said "don't worry, we'll find one that's calling your name," and they did. We LOVE our house! I can't recommend them strongly enough!

Buying a home can be really stressful and overwhelming, especially now with the rates going up and all market changes. And to be honest we would probably give up if it wasn’t for Rebecca. We are both self employed so process is a bit different for us and it took longer than we expected but she was there 24/7 for us, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through process.
