From day one Native Palm Properties set a standard of excellence like no other. Lisa explained everything in detail at the start so there were no questions at move in. Throughout our rental period Alley was very responsive to inquiries, questions and request. I feel she always went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service. I was looking to rent my first home after college and Joe Baker happened to be the realtor on the property that I wanted to rent. He was extremely nice and accommodating from the very beginning. He answered all questions we had and made us feel comfortable renting our first home. Searching for a short term rental, which not all real estate offices provide and after several calls to those offices, I received a referral to Native Palm Properties and Allison. She sought a place for us but had only one which was subsequently taken by someone seeking a longer term rental. I should mention this was all during the time when the hurricane was coming and, then, passed through most of Florida. She referred me to another office that also provides that property management service and we were able to secure a place for the high-demand month of March. Much appreciated Allison's help.
