First Ryan come through for my washer he was exceptional however I needed a follow up and Lee was the cherry on top. He did more than he had to because he came for my washer but he also looked at my dryer and asked if there was anything else and when I mentioned my heat he looked at that and made sure to come by and fix it the very next day! His attention and thoroughness shouldn't go without acknowledgement.

Matthew and Dominic in maintenance were wonderful with the list of repairs we had!! Dominic was very thorough with every issue from the move-in list. Both were very quick and friendly as well

It’s been a relief to have a great maintenance team to assist us while living in west housing. They are quick to respond to calls and always on time. Ryan, specifically, has become my go-to when anything goes wrong. He’s always extremely courteous, efficient, quick and educational. He goes out of his way to fix things as he sees them and gives suggestions for future maintenance issues that may come up. Thank you!

Nathan from Terminix came over this morning and was very knowledgeable, walked me through what he was doing, what was happening, and helped me understand bugs (even if I don't want to). If you're contracting out to him (I assume that you are) definitely keep him. 5/5

Moved in June 20th and have had a few maintenance issues. Any issue we’ve had though have been addressed the same day, or the next day. Our maintenance guy is awesome. Super friendly, very responsive, and doesn’t do any poor work. He always makes sure to check if there’s anything else he can help with or any questions he can answer. So far our experience has been great! Didn’t give a full 5 stars however because the last tenants in our home had a dog and unfortunately the kitchen and dining room have a strong pet odor that wasn’t rectified before we moved in.

Mr Lee was amazing. He helped fixed my issues with my 2 fire alarms and we found out it was my husband’s reffing radio telling me to “Please change the battery” 🤣 Awesome job Mr Lee 🙂 👍
