Wish I could give zero stars. And I’m never cruel. Cameras were all around the house, and other realtors said they’ve never dealt with a realtor that knew so little about the house. It was embarrassing. She claimed she came to the house. She lied so many times. Cameras never lie. Friends of ours dealt with her as well. She is terrible about communicating. She broke our hearts so many times. I do hope she improves. She works in a small community, and people need to know she will go to bat for them. But as far as our family goes, we will not recommend her. She knows..

Neeta was an absolute godsend to our family. We were both selling our old home and purchasing a new home, a very stressful, scary process. However Neeta was there every step of the way. Any time day or night she was there to help ease our nerves and to answer whatever questions we had. She stayed on top of things, extremely diligent. She made sure everything that needed to be done, was done in a timely manner. Because of Neeta, we have our beautiful dream home. She became family to us during this process. Neeta is the best at what she does, a consummate professional, but also a selfless, caring person.

By far the biggest regret from our recent home buying experience was using Neeta. Having had the pleasure of working with professional realtors in the past who proactively advocate for the client, going with Neeta was an extremely painful reminder that not everyone who calls themselves a realtor should. Rather than feeling like Neeta was on our team it felt like she may as well have been working for the seller, forget even a return call once she got her commission.

If you are looking for a No Nonsense, get the job Done kind of an agent, look No Further... Neeta Patel is knowledgeable and informative. She was ALWAYS Quick to respond to any text or calls. Her effort to get our house out there for our buyer to find, in my opinion, is 2nd to None.
