Never received my property tax bill in the mail. Never received a call back when I left a voicemail. The lady on the phone told me they return all their calls and had no proof of mine. I had to pay late fees. They expected me to have the due date memorized.

Whoever MICHELLE is and whoever SHANNON is both need to be spoken to regarding the relevancy of their personal comments on phone calls. They do not know what people are going through in their personal lives to be so nasty on the phone. Completely unprofessional.

The person answering the phone is extremely rude. I called to find out my correct account number because we received the wrong tax bill in the mail. She proceeded to interrogate me on why I didn’t contact them sooner if bills were sent out in September. I informed her that we all make mistakes and I honestly did not even notice the name when opening the mail originally. I was never given my account information. Horrible customer service.

Guess they think ima pay for my vehicle that was never registered in new Kent county im not paying double! New Kent done list them damn minds!

Charge me for personal property tax in 2019 after I moved out before the year started was never notified of the charges or hold on my dmv account and am now charged an extra $200 for late fees and such so much for getting help during covid New Kent wants your $$$
