I can't say enough good things about Victor and Jose from the maintenance staff at Newcastle Commons! When I had an issue with my electronic door lock, they responded promptly and took care of the repair with incredible efficiency. Not only were they skilled and professional, but they were also so friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. Thanks to them, my lock is working perfectly again, and I feel so well taken care of. Highly recommend Newcastle Commons for having such an amazing maintenance team!

Lovely. Smart city architecture. Mixed use residential and retail spaces. Perhaps would benefit if there was a neighborhood grocery store. Nice nature preserve, near a golf course, YMCA/community center, and some strip malls near Factoria Road. Further east are some great bike lanes and walk paths, and seemingly affordable yet not so dingy housing. Did not see much graffiti out here and they seem to have the vagrant issue under control.
