I’m conflicted in writing this review - this is hands down the best management company I have rented from after living in LA for 10 years. The rents are reasonable, they are highly responsive to questions and requests for maintenance, and don’t take advantage on items like the security deposit where I have seen landlords get greedy. However, the units in 8333-8337 Clinton are very difficult to live in - especially on the ground floor. The most obvious flaw is that the windows are single pane and don’t fully close, so any street noise at ground level feels like it’s happening within the apartment. (Including cars). I cannot stress how jarring it is during the day and evening in these apartments. Every word of conversations on the street can be picked up, every step of neighbors walking upstairs is loud, and when neighbors have private phone calls, nearly every word can be heard - let alone when they have parties/company. Several times when I had guests over they commented how loud it was within the unit, just from the effect of footsteps from neighbors. If you are not easily distracted and don't care too much about others hearing your conversations (and you hearing theirs) this is not an issue. Otherwise you will find yourself needing headphones to live here. When they replace the windows it may be more live-able.
