I grew up in Los Gatos and in middle and high school I had friends who lived here. I lived here for about 2 years and overall enjoyed my time there. Andrea and the new assistant were understanding and supportive with anything I needed and really great at making the residents feel safe. I enjoyed the holiday celebrations they had! The pool, gym, and sauna are outstanding!!!

Silicon Valley has been my home for 66 years. In that time, other than my childhood home, I have never lived in a better community than Newport. From management to maintenance to amenities to community, Newport is the best. In my opinion, you couldn't find a better apartment complex in the Valley to live in.

Great apartments! Very chill. Safe community! We love our apartment! The pool, gym, and sauna are the best! Not to mention the free community wifi. Highly recommend! Andrea is one of the best property managers I’ve ever had. Emma is so sweet and helpful! Love the team!

When we started renting in summer 2024, our unit was newly renovated. The management team is very responsive to our questions and requests. The pool and exercise center is great for the price of the rent. The wall is a little thin for our liking, but our neighbors are all nice and quiet. The minimum lease term is 9 month. We like it here.

Living in Newport apartments has been an incredibly pleasant experience for my husband and me. The management team is exceptional, constantly going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. One of the highlights of living here is the beautiful garden that the dedicated gardener maintains. It's a sight to behold, with a variety of plants that create a serene and picturesque environment. The effort put into maintaining the garden truly enhances the overall ambiance of the place.

In addition to the wonderful management and garden, Martin, the maintenance staff, deserves a special mention. He is always prompt and ready to assist with any issues we may encounter in our apartment. Recently, he did an amazing job transforming our bathtub, making it look brand new. His attention to detail and dedication to his work is truly commendable.

Overall, my husband and I couldn't be happier with our decision to live in Newport apartments. The management's excellent service, Andrea's friendly nature, the beautiful garden, and Martin's exceptional maintenance skills combine to create a truly enjoyable living experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming community.
