I had the pleasure of renting with this property management for 2 years. From the beginning to the end it was an Amazing stay. Superb communication, quick response to any issues I had which were only 2. I felt very safe and secure in the apartment and the surrounding areas. The landscape was very inviting and tranquil. I had a truly disappointing experience with New West Property Management, particularly due to the lack of communication and poor service provided by April and her team. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend their services to anyone:

1. Communication Disaster: The lack of communication from April was severely frustrating. I was left in the dark about important issues regarding my property, leading to unnecessary complications and expenses.

2. Costly Repairs: Due to the communication breakdown, I had to deal with unexpected repairs and replacements for my refrigerator ice maker, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. These issues could have been avoided with proper communication and proactive management.

3. Pathetic Repair Work: The repair work done to fix the base boards damaged by a renter's dog was subpar and unacceptable. It was clear that little care or attention to detail was given to the repairs, leaving me dissatisfied with the outcome.

4. Negligent Inspection Process: April's admission of not conducting a final inspection herself, but instead delegating it to a third party, is concerning. This lack of personal oversight raises questions about the thoroughness and quality of their property management services.

5. Surprise Invoice: To add insult to injury, a year later, I received an unexpected invoice from a random handyman, which he was advised by New West Property Management to contact me, further highlighting the disorganization and lack of transparency in their operations.

Overall, my experience with New West Property Management from July 2020-Jan 2023 was extremely disappointing, and I urge others to consider alternative property management services that prioritize communication, quality repairs, and professionalism.
