When we called Ray Fernandez he came right over. Ray is a very friendly family man and real estate broker, who also knows his stuff. He had us strip the house down, remove drapes to let in the light and show the pool and beautiful garden. He suggested that we paint the inside white and then had a list of service providers, window cleaners, electrician etc...to assist us. Next came the pictures and we were blown away with the photos.
